Plot:

Wheeler (Scott) and Danny (Rudd) are sentenced to complete 150hrs of community service after picking a fight with a tow-truck driver, and are assigned to be "big brothers" - Wheeler to look after an angry little kid with a thing for breasts, and Danny to bring a bigger geeky kid who lives his life in a role-playing game back into the real world.  Will the two losers succeed as role models - or were they better off heading straight to the slammer?

So, how does it end?

Wheeler takes Ronnie to a party, hooks up with a girl, and forgets about his little pal, leaving Ronnie to walk home alone.  Meanwhile Danny warms to Augie the geek, and is too honest when telling his parents that they should be better people and more supportive.  Their time cards are not signed, they lose their big buddy privileges, and it seems they are destined to do some time inside.

Wheeler is remorseful and asks Ronnie to forgive him. Meanwhile Danny breaks Augie out so that he can make it to the big role playing tournament - but first needs to beg 'the LAIRE King' that he be allowed back in. Augie is kicked off his old team, so the 4 form a new group - inspired by the band KISS.

They make it to the tournament, defeat a load of other nerds, and make it to the last few remaining. The King is tricked out of his castle by Augie pretending to be wounded, while his guards are taken out. Soon there is just Augie and the King left. They fight, Augie is knocked to the ground - but he manages to stab the King. He gets to his feet, grabs the crown ... but then the girl he fancies runs out, 'kills' him, and wins the game.

Afterwards Augie and the girl talk for the first time. She apologises for taking the crown, and he steals a kiss.

Sweeny is proud of all her boys have achieved, and promises them to fix the small matter of jail time as she was once involved with the judge.  As it ends, she fiirts with one of the older blokes with the use of a hot dog.
