Sharon throws a surprise birthday party for Tommy, but the party is ruined when Darian shows up, drunk. Tommy drives her home and turns down her advances, then goes to see Sharon, but it's too late for their relationship.
Willie flirts with Andera, but is shot down. She leaves town, earlier than planned, the next day.
Tracy, Willie's girlfriend, soon arrives in town and is a huge hit with his lonely father and brother. Marty is heart broken.
On the day of the High School reunion, Tommy decides to watch a re-run of 'Rich Man Poor Man' rather than hit the reunion with Darian. Darian arrives at the venue, alone, and suddenly her eyes are open to her real character by a Peter Kay lookalike.
Meanwhile Tommy has a break from the re-runs to catch a drink at Stinky's bar. He is confronted by the husband of Darian and his 3 friends, and left badly beaten up. Mo, Willie and Paul drive round Darian's place to confront her husband Steve. They take out the car holding his buddies - but Steve is saved from Mo's fists by his frightened daughter.
The team go to visit Tommy in hospital, and it seems he is back together with Sharon again. Willie says his goodbyes.
Getting ready to return to NYC, Willie introduces Tracy to Marty. He asks her to keep in touch and gives her a goodbye kiss on the cheek.
As they pull away they run past Kev, who tells them to 'be cool forever', and then out of town to "Sweet Caroline".
