Halle Berry is Patience Phillips, a shy hard-worker who lets life pass her by, until one day when she stumbles upon her make-up firm owner's health-scare cover-up, and is left for dead by the goons that have washed her out to sea. She is rescued and brought back to life by a cat (stay with me) and endowed with feline powers of speed, balance, seductiveness and landing on all fours from any height.
Our Rating: 4/10 - Not as bad as they all make out

She confronts Sharon Stone, the wife of the arch-criminal MD, a second time - but finds her husband dead with scratch marks on his face. Betrayed, she escapes from the cops but is arrested back at her apartment by the guy who looks like Lou Diamond Phillips.
While in jail the little cat pays her a visit, and she slinks out through the bars to get back in costume.
At the end, Catwoman goes back to fight with Sharon stone, they struggle, and Sharon falls through a glass roof. She hangs on, and Catwoman tries to rescue her, but she looks at her reflection in the glass and sees the damage to her skin. Unable to live with that, she lets go and falls to her death.
Later, Patience tells us that she wants to be free and couldn't live with the detective, but she saved the day at least and everyone knows the face cream was contaminated, so all the girls are happily going 'au naturale'.
Catwoman ends the movie walking across the building roofs, swaying her hips, and cracking her whip.
