So, how does the movie end??
When Brian forgets to log-on to track his support ticket assistance in the penultimate task, the team are docked points. He decides to leave as he feels he is dragging them down with him, and takes a job selling scooters for his old employer.
The final task for the teams is sales. They all want Brian back, so Nick has to find his old partner and convince him to jump back on board. Meanwhile the other interns are doing badly selling Adwords to a pizza shop owner. The two salesmen burst on the scene, and they get a rapport going. They convince the owner to sign up.
Back at Google HQ, the results are in - and the HR guy disqualifies Brian's team for not getting back in time.
Suddenly the video feed is hacked and a bobble-head 70s-theme pizza video blasts out from the screen. Lyle's team dance into the building, throwing slices to the crowd. They make it back just in time and present their receipts.
The HR guy announces to the crowd that everyone else's figures won't match this one, because even though it's just a small pizza shop, the guy 'promises' to open a few more. Phew, if only life was that easy.
Everyone cheers - even though they've all just been fired. Graham complains. The social-recluse with the headphones stumbles to the front, announces that he is in fact a search head honcho, and tells them that Brian is a nicer guy, and Graham sucks.
The HR guy tells them that it was his vote that put them through. Brian wants a drink with him. Meanwhile, Nick grabs his girl Dana and they kiss - even though I think that's a red paddle moment now I'm learning the Google rules.
The interns board the Google bus, ready for their last year at uni. The team leader Lyle leaves with the exotic dancer, Yo-Yo is braver now, while Stuart and the other girl get cost. Brian and Nick happily look forward to the future. And Megan will no doubt be back on the scene again now too.
