Frank recruits Victoria (Helen Mirren) to their team when he drops by her nice house to get his gunshot wound bandaged up. They talk about the case and notice that there is one name not on the list - Dunning (Richard Dreyfuss).
They call by Dunning's house in disguise, with Victoria offering cover as a sniper. Under interrogation he lets them know that its all down to the Vice President. The Feds soon show up and surround the house - Frank calls Cooper and is promised protection. Someone leaves the house and is instantly shot through the heart - it was Joe (Morgan Freeman).
With help from Victoria, Frank and Marvin make it out but Sarah is captured. They are picked up by Ivan (Brian Cox). Sarah is soon interrogated. Frank evens it out by allowing himself to be traced to Cooper's house - and threatens his family if anything should happen to Sarah.
Soon enough it's a fund raising event for the Vice President. The RED team show up, cause havoc, and kidnap the target. They call Cooper to arrange a trade.
In a warehouse they meet for the trade - but as the VP protests his innocence, Dunning shows up and shoots him. Cooper is made to handcuff Frank, but slips him the keys. The RED team take out the bodyguards, Cooper shoots his boss, while Frank whacks Dunning in the throat. Marvin soon finishes him off.
Frank and Sarah get it on while they make a getaway, but Frank still owes Ivan a favour.
It ends with a scene from Moldova, with Frank pushing Marvin in a wheelchair as they race away from a horde of angry militants.
