So, how does the movie end??
After Percy and Simon offend both the women in their lives, they need to work together to win them back. Simon teaches Percy how to dance, and also gives him some tips on an apology speech.
Percy steals Simon's carefully planned speech and it works. Things aren't so good for Simon - the differences between him and Theresa just seem to be too many, so he heads back to the train station.
On the day of the anniversary and ceremony, Percy knows that it won't be the same without Simon there - so he drives over to the station to bring him back. Percy says he is proud that Simon quit his job for standing up for his principles - but that in life careers are more important and you'll always gets some idiots causing problems.
Back at the ceremony, Percy sings a song to his wife to show his true feelings. Simon enters mid-song and joins in. He approaches Theresa, they both say they don't care about the differences, Theresa apologises, and they kiss.
At the end, they look back at a DVD-menu highlights of the ceremony, and have a laugh at some of the dance moves.
